FULL-SERVICE 
DESIGN 

This is the core service of our studio, focusing on mid-to-large-scale renovations and new builds.  We provide complete design and project management services across all phases of the project, including:

 

• Conceptual Design: establishing the overall look and feel 

• Space Planning: creating a layout that is functional and beautiful

• Architectural Design & Finish Specification: trim & door profiles, wall/ceiling/floor treatments, stair design, plumbing fixtures, tile and stone, decorative lighting, window treatments, and hardware

• Construction Drawings & Documentation: creating the documents that communicate the design to contractors 

• Custom Furniture & Millwork Design 

• Furniture & Accessories Selection 

• Execution & Installation

 

FEE: Project-dependent.  We create a detailed estimate of our total estimated design and execution hours, tailored to your project scope.  We collect a 15% project retainer at the outset of the project, to be applied to the final invoice.  Design time is billed on a monthly basis.
